I paid for express shipping but I am in a country which requires customs duty. How can I deal with this?
In consideration of our customers' benefit, we are forced to ship your order by regular mail. Please understand, however, customs duty is out of our control. We will refund your payment for express shipping to you within 24 hours. We have been forced to make this change for all our customers, who resided in customs duty countries. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

It is urgent that I receive my order through express shipping.
We are happy to provide our customers with express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.For the US territories, please leave a comment when you place the order. For example, if you were in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it.

2.Delivery
After your order is dispatched, the track information will be updated on our website after the goods are shipped, you can track it online whenever. Please note that we are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us an incorrect or incomplete address. For those customers who do not receive your parcel within the expected days, please contact the local post office A.S.A.P. Always you can check with the local post office directly with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy that you can print out when login to your registered account on our website.
